Our accommodation for five nights - the Lastavica or Swallow - taking us from trail head to trail head and the odd cove for a swim in the azure Med waters.

Explore Zagreb // at own leisure

Monday
Early AM departure > travel in bus to Lovran
Run Lovran > Mount Učka > Medveja (22km)
Lunch > supplied on run
Dinghy to boat anchored offshore
Sail to Cres
Explore Cres village
Dinner on boat
BOAT: Lastavica (Swallow)
DAY THREE
Tuesday
Sail > Valun
Run Valun > Lubinice > Lubinice beach (Plaza St Ivan) (approx. 15km) > Swim > Pick up runners (dinghy)
Transport to second beach around headland Plava Grota > drop off keen runners for second run to Martinscicia (approx. 10km)
Boat meets runners at Martinscicia.
Sail > Mali Losinj
Dinner on boat
DAY FOUR
Wednesday
Run Mali Losinj > circumnavigate Losinj to Veli Losinj (25km)
Pick up @ Veli or Mali Losinj pending weather
Stay overnight on boat in port at Veli Losinj for early morning sail OR sail in evening to Rab

DAY FIVE
Thursday
Runners transport > Lopar (boat or overland),
Run Lopar > Rab (16km)
Late Lunch in Rab / explore Rab town.

Sail to TBC between Rab and Zadar
Swim
Overnight in port at Zadar

DAY SEVEN
Saturday
Depart boat, early AM, overland transport to Starigrad
Run Sveto Brdo (37km)
Stay in Starigrad (Rajna Hotel)
Celebratory dinner at Dinko bar (famous climbing / outdoors bar)
DAY EIGHT
Sunday
return to Zagreb / lunch in pub / end tour
*option for clients to depart tour from Starigrad and make own way south (Split / Dubrovnick)
